Levin Immigration Law currently charges US $250 for a half-hour consultation. During the consult, we will analyze your situation, describe relevant immigration law and procedure, discuss potential options moving forward, and provide you with fee quotes if applicable.  

All consultations take place via Zoom. Please be sure to let us know your location and/or time zone to assist us in scheduling the consultation. If we are evaluating potential visa categories, please be sure to provide us with a copy of your resume or C.V. in advance. If you seek assistance evaluating a criminal offense or a visa denial, please provide us with a copy of any relevant police/court records or a copy of the denial in advance of the consultation.  Please email any documents you would like for us to examine in advance of the consult to [email protected].

After you provide us with evidence of payment, we will then send you a Zoom link for the consultation within one to two weeks. Thanks for considering our firm.
